Who are we?
Karen Williams is the licensee and owner of our centre. Karen is highly qualified with degrees in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Business, Economics, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is fully trained in Montessori Education.
Karen is currently completing her Masters of Early Childhood Education, making her one of the most qualified early childhood teachers in Australia.

Our Experience
Karen has over 17 years experience working with children in early childhood settings and leading many successful Kindergartens and Preschools. As a private owner and operator, she is passionate about the child care industry and the outcomes of all children that attend her centre.

Governmental Liaisons
Karen has consulted to both the Director General of Community Services and the Attorney General’s office in specific cases related to the advocacy, welfare and development of children, as well as being retained by the Queensland government to devise and implement the curriculum for the Department of Education's Prep Year.
Karen is currently seconded by the Federal Governments (NCAC) Accreditation Council as a Quality Assurance Trainer. |
